Information Mapping ™
In this course, you will discover the only certified method based on cognitive sciences to analyze, organize, and present complex information.
REASON FOR THIS COURSE
The documents used to instruct or communicate regulations and obligations are often unclear and overly detailed, with structures that fail to communicate the purpose of the information. They contain text that is useless for the purpose, and the writing is long-winded. They increase mistakes and are difficult for readers to understand. The documents are not read or understood and make their authors and users waste precious time. How can you organize complex texts? How can you decide what to write and what to leave out? How can you present content in a consistent manner, so that users immediately understand?
